Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Perform duties including cashiering, customer service, processing of goods and housekeeping
Pre-requisites
  • Minimum 'O' Levels and above
  • Minimum 1 year's of retail/customer service experience, preferably in book industry
  • Fast learner, motivated and customer-oriented
  • Pleasant personality and well-spoken
  • Must be prepared to work on shifts including public holidays and weekends

Sales Executive
Responsibilities
  • To source, promote and sell suitable books and other library materials to library customers
  • To effectively manage all key library customer accounts assigned
Pre-requisites
  • Min Diploma in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience either in a library supply business performing a similar function, or a book retail/distribution company in a Sales, Customer Service or Buying/Merchandising position or in the Acquisition department of a library.
  • Dynamic and energetic with positive mindset to take up challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, internet and email and is IT literate
  • Resourceful and result-oriented with practical and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Bilingual in written English & Chinese languages
