RETAIL ASSISTANT

Job Description

  • Make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience

E-COMMERCE ADMIN SUPPORT (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Job Description

  • The incumbent would be required to have a good understanding on how e-commerce products listing
  • Act as a key resource to meet deadlines of new products to be onboarded to the e-commerce space
  • This role will involve heavily on accuracy of metadata/meta-tagging, visual inspection of all the materials provided by third party vendors and merchant
  • Creation of metadata, which is not limited to copywriting/editing, photoshopping, phototaking according to e-commerce standards required for products without metadata
  • Upkeep of Master File for products glossary, indexes and overview to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met within the agreed timeline
  • Timely processing of the metadata and able to meet deadlines set by the management
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with an ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to spot anomalies, errors, meticulous
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven e-commerce environment
  • Basic Photoshop skills, a plus
  • 1-2 years’ experience copy editing for content-based websites and social platforms, a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel for metadata arrangements and data manipulation
  • Precision in spelling and grammar
  • A-Levels/Poly Grad
  • Training will be provided

RETAIL ASSISTANT - ATRIUM SALE (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Job Description

  • Assist in pre and post atrium stocks and logistic preparations at warehouse
  • Assist with Atrium Sale operation
  • Handle basic customer enquiry
  • Maintain stock inventory and comply with inventory control procedure
  • Involve in setup and tear-down of atrium sale
  • Assist with daily store operations during non- Atrium Sale period
